Level Up: At Common Ground Campus, our free mentorship program transcends traditional support by empowering students to become architects of positive change on their campus and beyond. Through this program initiative, participants gain hands-on training in leadership, including media training, including paid "Man on Campus", vodcast, virtual recording studio access, and creative contests that hone their capabilities to craft compelling narratives and foster meaningful dialogues. We focus on enhancing social media presence and conversations, equipping you with the tools to bridge divides, promote civility, and spark inclusive opportunities. We go beyond guidance, to help you become a real-world catalyst for impact, inspiring young people to launch judgement-free discussion groups, repurpose campus environment's for greater engagement, and build lasting networks that drive social progress, and includes graduate, talent, and job placement assistance long after the program ends.
